Rendering assistance Rolling

Ability is necessary to assist in case of accidents to each person. Possession of receptions and ways of rendering assistance rolling - all-important special skill. Especially important it to be able to do without use of saving agents (boats, boats, etc.). In this case rescuers should be able float, own well receptions of first-aid treatment by the victim, to operate quickly and resolutely.
Sequence of actions of the rescuer:
1. To enter into water.
2. To swim up to the sinking.
3. To find under water of the victim.
4. If necessary to be released from capture.
5. To transport it to coast.
6. To render pre-medical medical aid.

At a strong current into water enter above that place where the person sinks. In an unfamiliar place it is impossible to dive headfirst. Having run up to water, it is necessary to undress, whenever possible, (in cold weather better completely not to undress that there was no sharp frigorism). It is necessary to plan on coast and on water reference points (columns, trees, navigating signs, etc.). It will help to find sinking in case of its immersing. To enter into water it is necessary in that place, whence it is possible to swim up fastest to the drowning person. It is good, if the rescuer has time to inform other people on the happened.
To see sinking, the rescuer should hold a head over water. To come nearer to it is better from a back to avoid its captures. If sinking all time turns to the rescuer the person, it is necessary to dive for 2-3 metres under it, taking for hips, to turn a back to itself, to emerge and, having grasped the victim one of ways of transportation, to float with it to coast.
By searches of the victim first of all it is necessary to define, whether there is a current. At its presence it is necessary to dive in its direction, hardly above that place where the person has plunged under water. If the current is not present or it insignificant it is necessary to dive into depth there where there was an immersing.
