First aid principles

First aid - a kind of medical aid which appears on a scene as a self-care or mutual aid at road accident, a fire, earthquake, act of nature, etc. Timely first-aid treatment can save a life to the person. At the heart of first aid principles simple skills which each adult person and even the teenager or the child can execute are put.
Now there are some history:
“On December, 8th, 1881 at the Viennese theatre of a comic opera there was a fire. This incident which has accepted the grandiose sizes (479 human victims), represented terrifying show. All this horrific image has shaken professor-surgeon Jaromira Mundi who was on a scene who has appeared helpless in the face of accident. It could not render to victims of the effective help. On following put doctor JA. Mundi has started creation of the Viennese voluntary saving society. This society had been organised fire, boat commands and station of the first help (central and branch) for rendering of the urgent help suffered from accidents. In the first year of the existence the Viennese station of first aid has assisted 2067 victims. As a part of brigades doctors and students of medical faculty worked.
In the middle of a XIX-th century industry rapid growth has rendered a great influence on inflow of the population to cities. The number of the enterprises, apartment houses grew, in streets the traffic was enlarged. In this connection there were numerous accidents in streets, factories and factories. The life in the sharpest form specified in necessity of the service capable immediately to render medical aid suffered from accidents.
